What are the prices?

All prices quoted are incl. 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Can I also collect my purchased product myself?

Transport is a non-binding service from Living Roots. You can always pick up the purchased furniture yourself during opening hours of our store in Alkmaar, you can then make the payment at the pick up, contact is possible! The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon arrival for any. damage.

Which party does the transport?

We currently work with DHL service and we can offer competitive prices for large furniture and transport abroad. All rates are indicated in euros. The rates are inclusive of fuel surcharge, exclusive of VAT and tolls, Remote Area Surcharge, surcharges for extra services and any other surcharges.   • 0-31.5 kg L120xD60xH50cm € 4.95 (standard package price)
  • 31.5 - 50 kg package price € 4.95 + € 15.00 = € 19.95
  • heavier than 50 kg package price € 4.95 + € 37.50 = € 42.45
  • max sizes: W 240xD100xH200cm

Transport rate is calculated for ground floor. DHL service does not deliver on a 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor. It is delivered in front of the door and you must bring it to the top floor yourself, if necessary.

For deliveries heavier and larger than above, it will be described online with the article to contact us for delivery. This in connection with a separate delivery service. A day and time are also agreed upon. And the costs are also requested.

How can I return a package

Do you want to return a package? Then this is of course possible. For the standard return shipment this costs € 4.95 for packages under 31.5 kg within NL. Register your return by email and we will send you a return sticker to return the package to a nearest DHL point.
